Led by the Executive Chef, Derek Bryner, the philosophy of using only the finest and freshest ingredients brings delicious, world-renowned cuisine to The Sanctuary. Members enjoy both fine and club casual dining experiences with creative and new weekly dishes and unique theme night dinners.



Featuring panoramic views throughout each of the dining areas, the Clubhouse offers casual dining in the Grill Room, fine dining in the Veranda, and diverse Club and private events in the Main Dining Room.

The Culinary Team also offers Cooking Demonstrations, Gourmet Wine Dinners, and a variety of other culinary explorations throughout the year for the Members.

Adding the personal touch, the Sanctuary's dedicated Food & Beverage Team will also assist Members in arranging celebrations from intimate dinner parties to elegant affairs at the Club or catered in-home private events.
