Tennis at The Sanctuary is available seven days a week on five hydrocourts. These are “soft” courts that minimize impact to the body.  Our Director of Tennis and Fitness, Christie Bradley, USPTA, provides a tennis program that includes a combination of weekly and special events:

·        Men’s and Women’s Round Robins

·        Scheduled Clinics for Men and Women, plus an Open Clinic

·        Tennis Mixers (followed by either lunch or dinner)

·        Men’s and Women’s Member-Guest competitions

·        Club Championships

·        Challenge Matches

·        Charity Tournament

·        Kids’ Holiday Sports Camps

Private and group lessons, as well as matching services, are available year-round.

The Sanctuary boasts a state-of-the-art fitness center with a professional staff available to help you with all of your fitness needs.  The fitness center is available seven days a week.

·        Cardio Equipment, with Cardio Theatre – treadmills, elliptical trainers, recumbent bicycles and a stairclimber

·        Cybex Strength Equipment

·        Various other equipment, including a stretching machine, medicine balls, fit balls, BOSU trainer, foam rollers, tubing and mats

·        Certified Fitness Trainer – available for one-on-one sessions

·        Fitness Classes – Pilates, yoga, and water aerobics

·        Licensed Massage Therapist – available by appointment

·        Heated Swimming Pool – for fitness or just relaxing
